    Bench honoring Karski to be unveiled in Kraków


    A new bench honouring Jan Karski - whom some have dubbed "The Man Who Tried to Stop the Holocaust" - will be unveiled at the Remuh Synagogue (ul. Szeroka 40) on Tuesday January 26th at 16:00. Organised by the Kraków Rotary Club.

    All are welcome to the ceremony 




    Stay tuned:  The Karski exhibit will be displayed in San Francisco's
    War Memorial Veterans' Building in 2016

    We're full steam ahead with our 2016 Ride For The Living preparations! We're happy to announce that the Jewish Community Center (JCC) Kraków started a partnership with Dr. Albin - mobile bike mechanic.     As part of Adam Adamah's program, participants from Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center מינהל קהילתי גינות העיר Ginot Ha'Ir Community Council and Kraków planted The Daffodil Project flowers in a garden that is being beautified in Kazimierz, Krakow's Jewish quarter, and in JCC Krakoów's garden.

    We are excited to announce that we are opening registration for the 2016 Ride For The Living! The 3rd Annual Ride For The Living will take place on Friday, June 3rd, 2016 with programming from the morning of Thursday, June 2nd through the afternoon of Sunday, June 5th which includes a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, Shabbat dinner with the Jewish Community of Kraków, and participation in 7@Nite – Night of the Synagogues as well as other Ride For The Living events.
